When we were setting up our travel trailer on a permanent spot by a lake we had no idea where to start to have water drawn up from the lake. I have a friend who worked at Strait Supplies who told me to come in and the boys would help me out. My husband was working so much overtime I was in charge of getting this done so I arrived at Strait Supplies and talked with Frankie DeCoste and asked him what I needed to get water he was so knowledgeable about exactly what I needed and how it should be done he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need he said if I had any questions to call anytime which I did many times. I received good quality products and he went above and beyond what I expected for customer service and if he didn’t have an answer for me another staff member would . I highly recommend strait supplies for their knowledgeable friendly staff and excellent quality products.
